I’ve flown them three times and as far as I’m concerned they are an A+ airline. But, with a small airline like them you are more susceptible to problems so there’s a little roll of the dice using them.

I've flown with them twice and loved each experience. (God, how I wish they would fly to Denver!)

Update:
Back in November I booked with them and confirmed to Milan on 8/31. Made hotel reservations based on expected Arrival on 9/1 (overnight flight). Went on with my life

Two days ago, I went to the site to check to see if prices had changed. Prices did not change, but my ticket did.
It now showed me departing on 8/30 (arriving 8/31)
I rechecked by confirmation assuming I had goofed, but it was as I had remembered.

I called LC and reached a person who told me all flights to Milan from US had been canceled and I had been placed on the next available flight. All this without any notice to me. And the representative has no idea why the flight was canceled
As I have a number of months, I can work something out, but what if I had not checked? Will they cancel again or uncancel ?
