In many cities in the world there is a "Super Saver Pass" that gets you into museums, archaeology sites, etc. for a price that saves money over buying individual tickets. Is this a thing in Rome, Florence, etc.?

The thing you need to pay attention to are the museums that you must make an advance, timed-entry reservations for even if using the pass; you can't just walk into them any time you want to.
There is also the Omnia Pass for Rome but it's not a good buy and I've never seen it recommended.
