Staying for just 2 nights in late June.
Looking for hotel that has air conditioning and elevator for my mom and easy access to airport and not too many walking or crossing bridges.
Price 200- $400 range.

You might like the Hotel Moresco ( www.hotelmorescovenice.com/en ). We never stay anywhere there isn't air conditioning and elevators.

In one of your several similar questions I mentioned the Alilaguna to Hotel Ala.
I mighty rethink that if your mother has trouble walking. While it is extremely close and flat to the hotel from the dock that both the vaporetto and Alilaguna use, it is quite a hike from the arrivals hall at the airport to the dock at that end. It is flat, but basically a long sidewalk, partially covered from the weather which has several corners and is several hundred metres long. For somebody with walking difficulties that might be strenuous.
The bus to P.Roma is just outside the arrivals hall, and the walk from the bus stop to the vaporetto is quite short.
