Take the train.
If you take the train you will have a long journey to the top of the town by escalators or walking, while if you take the bus it will drop you off at the city center at the top.
SIENA
You will need to use correct Italian spelling when looking up trains and buses
Train station names
Firenze SM Novella
Siena
If you need to go to Siena every day, why don't you stay in Siena?
Although there are both trains and buses going to Siena, taking the bus is preferable because the bus takes 75 min while the train takes 90 min (the rail line takes a longer route via Empoli hrough the Elsa Valley, while the bus goes straight south on the freeway).
Also, as specified above, Siena sits on a hill, so the bus takes you directly in the city center on top of the hill, while the train station is at the bottom of the hill from which you need a taxi or bus to go up to the top of the hill in the city center.
The BEST way is by private helicopter.
Sorry.
