First italy trip

i want to go to Venice, Florence, Rome. I have an option to fly in and out either to Rome or milan how should I go abt planning ? I have only 8 days . Possible to add in cinque terre? Venice I only plan to stay for 2 days 1 night. Florence 3 days. I am from Singapore. Please help !
