Cooking Class in Florence

We will be in Florence for a few days next May and my girlfriend would
like to take a cooking class one day while we are there...of course while
she is there I'll be playing Rick Steve's and finding restaurants and sights
for the next day. Any recommendations would be appreciated

One of my colleagues here recently had a great experience with Florencetown, which is one of the options suggested on your earlier post. Rick's guidebooks also recommend several; the index is the easiest place to find those page references.

Are you sure you don't want to take the cooking class also? They're a lot of fun...
