There are any number of tours with transport to the CT so you need to be specific about which one you're looking at. You've also asked a similar question before?
It's just as easy to do on your own, and a lot more flexible.

I can see that you might want a tour if you feel uncomfortable handling the trains. The trains do go regularly between Florence and Cinque Terre so it is not a problem, but you do have to be willing to figure out transfers, etc.

As the others have mentioned, you can easily make the trip from Florence to the Cinque Terre on your own. That provides more flexibility in terms of when you want to leave and return, how long you want to spend in each of the towns, etc. However, you'll have to be comfortable with using the trains, making changes, etc.
