Hi, I’m under the impression the Borghese in Rome is under construction and some of the artifacts have been temporarily moved to France for display. I hope to visit Oct 2 or 3rd, 2024. Is this the case? Is it still worth a visit at this time? Thank you!!

One of the 2 floors is under renovation until end of October - unless the end date is moved out again - so works from that floor have been moved temporarily to Palazzo Barberini (in Rome, not France). There's a very recent discussion about visiting the Borghese here that may be helpful?

IMHO, for the works on the unaffected floor alone + the architectural details of the villa, it's well worth a visit.
