Can anyone recommend a B&B in center of Rome, preferably near Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, or Spanish Steps area? Thank you

We stayed at the Minerva Relais, it's a B&B near the Pantheon. We really enjoyed the area, clean and quiet, staff was super nice, good breakfast.

Hotel Fellini is very near the Trevi Fountain, and is absolutely lovely. Details can be found on TripAdvisor. Enjoy!

We stayed in Monti neighborhood in Casa Il Rosario, which was in the 2019 Rick Steves guide. About 10-15 minutes walk to the sites you mentioned, and even closer to Roman Forum. 15 minute walk from Termini Roma train station. 5 minute walk to bus stop for going to Vatican City. Lots of small nearby restaurants. I just posted a review on TripAdvisor and Yelp with photos, so won't repeat it here. It is run by Dominican nuns, and the only drawbacks are rather weak WiFi and a curfew from midnight to 6am. Very peaceful with very friendly service.

Friends stayed at the Xenia Guest House not far from Campo di Fiori. They reported it was great.
