Next month my husband and I are heading to the Puglia region and then on to Paestum and Sorrento. On past visits to the A.C. we have purchased the 3 day Campania artecard at the Naples train station. According to the card's website, it is available for purchase at the Paestum ruins ticket office as one of the admissions can be for Paestum. Has anybody been to Paestum lately and tried to purchase this card here? Thought I read something on this forum, in the past several months, that the 3 day card with transportation is not available anymore? I couldn't find the thread. Anybody purchased this card recently at Naples train station or at other included sights? Thanks for any info!

Our 2018 Italy guidebook (at the presses) is going with the idea that it still exists:
The Campania ArteCard regional pass may save you a few euros if you’re here for two or three days, use public transportation, and visit multiple major sights (such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, Naples’ Archaeological Museum, and several other museums in Naples). There are three versions of the card: The three-day, €32 Tutta la Regione version is good if you’ll be visiting both Naples and Sorrento; it includes free entry to two sights (plus a 50 percent discount off others) and transportation within Naples, on the Circumvesuviana train, and on Amalfi Coast buses. A seven-day, €34 Tutta la Regione option covers five sights (and discounts on the others) but no transportation. If you’re focusing on Naples, the three-day, €21 Napoli-only version covers transportation within Naples and three city sights, plus discounts on the others (but it doesn’t cover the outlying ancient sites). You can buy the card at some Naples TIs and at participating sights (cards activate on first use, expire 3 days later at midnight, www.campaniartecard.it).

I started that thread after I tried to purchase the card last June. I was told it might come back, so perhaps it has.
