Does anyone have a favorite alternative route in CT that doesn't include trail #2? Currently the only part of #2 that is open is the trail between Vernazza and Monterosso. Would be interested in doing more of a hike connecting the towns even if we can't do #2 the whole way.

When will you be traveling to The CT?
The trails will most likely be closed during the Winter months & early Spring.

Answering your question about when EmergenyDoc is going, from previous posts I believe he's going in March. March is a bit early for hiking in the CT.

I agree, March is not the best time to visit the CT as the weather may be iffy & some hotels/restaurants may not be open
til mid-late March.
