Can anyone please tell me the names of the hotel(s) in Rome included in the 10 days Rome/Florence/Tuscany tour? I am looking into that for May 2020 but schedule isn't available for several months. Thanks.

Best on some similar discussions, they apparently don't finalize hotels until closer to the tour dates. A couple of those previous threads:
Browsing trip reports and scrapbooks from the tour you're interested in will give you an idea of where you might be sleeping.

They use more than one hotel in a city such as Rome, especially since there are multiple tours, i.e. Best of Italy, the one you’re considering, etc. that could easily result in multiple tours in Rome at the same time.
We have been happy with all of the hotels we’ve had in past RS tours.
