I heard that there are sheepdog demonstrations in the Irish countryside where they show you how the sheepdogs work and even teach you the commands and let you try it out. Anyone know anything about this or have any first hand recommendations or experience?

Killary Sheep Farm in Connemara was a delightful experience. The setting is beautiful overlooking the Killary Fjord and the sheep dog demonstration is fascinating. Bonus was getting to bottle feed lambs. Check opening days and times carefully, it varies by season. https://killarysheepfarm.com/
