Has anyone used any of the other tour companies that provide tours to Bru Na Boinne Newgrange? Sadly, Mary Gibbons is booked for the day we want to go.

You can visit Newgrange pretty easily on your own (train and taxi or bus). See my recent write up!

Ruth, read your report and agree it looks fairly easy to go to Newgrange on our own. However, the tour companies we looked at are also going to Battle of the Boyne and Monasterboice Monastic sites which look interesting. Would we be sorry if we missed visiting these places?

Thank you Silas. We booked the Newgrange tour with Hilltop Treks based on your recommendation. It looks like a very good tour. We also like smaller groups.
