Have been trying to book a flight from Dublin to Cardiff, but haven’t been able to get on the Flybe website for two weeks. Have heard they were bought by Virgin Atlantic in January, but this flight is not listed on the VA website. Thoughts? Suggestions? We could book it through Expedia, but we want to be sure this company is still in business and will be next September.
I have just tried and I can access their website. I picked a random date in June and three direct flights were shown. It’s still under Flybe, not Virgin. I don’t know why you can’t access this.
I was able to access it also. Must be something on your end. Flybe
The site is working...http://www.flybe.com....sort of.
However, the site is going through lots of computer changes.
I tried making a reservation on both my Android tablet and phone using different browsers. It wouldn't work. (This is not good as I have to make reservations as well.) They also disconnected their app while making changes.
I sent a note to Flybe tech support to see if they have an answer.

With the recent turmoil they have had, buying a ticket for Sept is a bigger leap of faith than my legs can do
Virgin Atlantic bought, as I understand it, a 30% stake and two other entities divvied up the rest. Seems no ONE entity wanted to take all the risk. Draw your own conclusion.
Considerable discussion about their perilous state on the concurrent thread https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/general-europe/flybe-cancels-flights
If I were looking for a company that I wanted "to be sure this company is still in business and will be next September." this probably isn't a bet I would make if the states were at all high. Maybe not at all....
They have been having financial problems for a long time.
You have noticed that they are ceasing the use of jet aircraft, I expect?
