Does anyone have B & B or hotel recommendations for Trim? The listings in the RS Ireland guide book have limited availability for 2 nights in mid-September.

I don't know what's in the guide book you're consulting, but we stayed at Highfield House for a couple of nights a few years ago and it seemed OK -- no complaints I can recall.
