After our visit to Kilmainham Gaol and museum, we went to the Loaf Cafe. Three people and we each had excellent sandwiches and I had a good flat white. The treat case looked very good as well. It is across from the gaol on the same side as the Hilton. Go past the statue of the 14 figures “The Proclamation” and you’ll see it.
Loaf Cafe is part of a non-profit to provide training g and jobs for ADHD, neurodiverse, and learning disabled people throughout Ireland. They have other cafes in Belfast and a place where they make pottery (also for sale in cafe).
Next door is a co-op grocery with lots of natural products and fresh vegetables.
