Last night in Ireland

On our final day in Ireland, we're planning to return our car to the Dublin airport and stay somewhere nearby. Our flight the next morning is at 10:30.

Any suggestions regarding where to stay? I see lots of hotels near the airport but I would be ok with something a bit further away where we would be able to have a good last dinner at the hotel or somewhere nearby.

I saw that someone recommended King Sitric on a different thread. Unfortunately, their booked on the night we need.

If you don't mind being away from the airport and would like to have a nice place to have dinner and perhaps take a final stroll through the city in the evening, you could stay in the area around Connolly Station. The 747 bus goes right by there on its way to the airport and the ride takes around 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
