If you don't find anyone, consider taking the train to Waterford and hiring a taxi. I think Waterford is the closest city that is on the train line and big enough to have taxi service. On the other hand, the coastal train route that stops in Enniscorthy and Wexford is very scenic, and they aren't that much further than Waterford. I would probably choose Wexford and contact local taxi companies to inquire about pricing. When you find one you like, let them know you'll get in touch a week or so before to finalize. When I was looking for taxi companies, I used a combination of Google and Facebook. Or you can just call a taxi when you arrive at the train station and make arrangements with the driver.
