A group of 9 of us are going to spend 4 days in Iceland and would like a hotel that includes breakfast, rooms with their own bathrooms.

Where in Iceland?
I've stayed in 2 Reykjavik hotels so far - Hotel Fron and CenterHotel Plaza. Both were mid-price for Reykjavik, well located. CenterHotel Plaza seemed a bit more recently renovated but both hotels were fine for their price point.
If you give us more information about your budget, desired location, etc, people might be able to offer good suggestions.

We went to Iceland a handful of years ago and stayed at the Radisson Blu 1919 in Reykjavik. Clean and simple hotel, very centrally located, good service. Highly recommend.

We stay at the Black Pearl. www.blackpearlreykjavik.com It is in Reykjavik. It is gorgeous and comfy and of course there are bathrooms in the rooms. You can also get breakfast brought to your room fresh and hot when you are ready for it.

We stayed in this guesthouse http://www.sunna.is at the time it was cheaper than hotel rooms, it is located close to the center, i remember they served excellent breakfast and don't charge for children
