We are going to be in Ennis area from the 9 June for 4-5 days and looking for comfortable but not necessarily luxurious accommodation. Helpful to have breakfast and wi fi included and to have parking. Walking distance to city center would be great too. Just the two of us, a B&B but with our own bathroom or other options considered.

The Old Ground Hotel is a lovely and charming place to stay and has all the amenities and is within walking distance of the center of town. I stayed there while on a Rick Steves Tour 2 years ago. Everyone loved it!

We are staying 2 nights at the Knocklyon House in Ennis, before our Rick Steves tour begins. It is a B & B , so it includes breakfast and private room/bath. It gets great reviews. Take a look!

We stayed 2 nights at Glenomra House last year before the tour. From the train station it is a 20-30 minute walk and to town 10 minutes. Mary is a lovely host and there’s parking in front.
