Any suggestion for a nice dinner in Dublin for our last night in October? Staying near O’Connell St.

That said I always search Conde Nast, Eater for ideas:
Claudia, thank you for the advice (first time RS user).
Depends on your preferences. I really liked Hugo’s for its Old World feel and felt the service and food were excellent.
We went to Hugo's twice while we were in Dublin and loved it. Beautiful restaurant, excellent service.
I recommend Gallagher's Boxty House (https://www.boxtyhouse.ie/). It's in the Temple Bar area downtown.
Boxty is authentic Irish food, akin to a taco. Back in the day, people would split a potato and add veggies, meats and so on. Today boxty is much more gourmet than it was in previous eras.
Two for Hugo’s; love the interior….Boxty is interesting and convenient. Thank you.
