Looking for first hand experience reviews/thoughts/recommendation for Buswells Hotel and Brooks Hotel in Dublin. We'll be travelinsing to Dublin in August. So how are the hotels with no ac? Did anyone enjoy breakfast with either or both hotels?

It's been 9 years since we stayed at Buswell's in August. I definitely don't remember the lack of AC being a problem. Our room was roomy enough and had a nice bathroom, but remember another tour mate said their shower was impossibly small. The hotel is older but I recall it had a working elevator. I don't remember breakfast specifically, but I never forget when I've had a bad breakfast, so it must have been fine. The location was very good.

We stayed at Buswells two years ago in August. Looking back at our pictures we had long pants, sweaters and raincoats on the whole 10 days we were in Ireland so I don’t believe a/c was a concern. If I remember there was a choice of buffet or to order for breakfast and imo it was nice.
