Pax House in Dingle was absolutely fabulous. The owner, John, and Michelle and Margaret (and everyone who cared for us) were beyond kind and gracious. The rooms were lovely, spotless and cozy. Chocolates and Baileys each night at turndown. Breakfast was amazing and delicious.
Fabulous dinners in Dingle at Out of the Blue Seafood (went twice) and Doyles. Favorite Pub in Dingle was John Benny's.
Monk's Lane in Timoleague was also excellent.
Moran's Oyster Cottage right outside of Galway was excellent ~ best oysters my husband has ever had.

I just stayed at the Pax house and everything you said was so very true. He even provided reflective vests so you when you walked up the little hill at night, the cars saw you better!! He and his team are so lovely and the breakfast was so Amazing. The bird cage for the tea was over the top as were the views. But the best was the Irish cream in your room at night. John never sleeps!
Also the Petra House in Galway was a highlight as well.
