Has anyone stayed in the Aloft Hotel in Dublin? Is it in a decent area? Is it pretty walkable to the sites? Are there laundry facilities?

I haven't stayed there, but Google Maps says it's a 24-minute walk to Trinity College. That's not super close. No laundry, according to the website, and I didn't see a close launderette on Google Maps.
