Absolutely lovely staff and fantastic breakfast service. Location is great: walkable/busable everywhere we wanted to go. Love the ambiance and architecture.
Book mentioned to ask for a room in the back to avoid transportation noise. We’re didn’t ask because that’s not usually something that bothers us. Unfortunately there is a rather loud and rambunctious night club directly across the street. Not sure if it’s a new addition to Harcourt street or not. But between the thumping music and the yelling on the streets between 1-3 am as the club closes every night I don’t know that we would choose to stay here again unless we could guarantee a back room.

Oh that’s good to know. We are booked there when we first arrive in Dublin in June. We did request a back room.
