We have one day in Athens before going on a Windstar cruise of the islands and are interested in a private tour of Athens. Any recommendations?

Faye was the local guide we had in Athens on or RS tour.
Knowledgeable and a kick in the pants to boot!
Thank you Joe. I’ll contact her. I don’t have Ricks book. I can go purchase or wonder if it’s possible to get this contact info online?
Another excellent source for private tours booked by licensed guides working independently is VIATOR ... the good thing about this, IMHO, is that you get FULL qualifications information and a photo & background on the website -- the guides each explain their particular background & expertise, and there are reviews by users ... PLUS there is detailed price information .. hourly rate, minimum, transportation arrangements etc. https://tourguides.viator.com/Listing.aspx?Country=Greece&Region=Attiki&City=Athens There are several dozen guides you can view & compare.
Great resource! thank you!
We had Aristotle Koskinos as our guide last month in Athens. I got his name originally through a trip report where the writer described how good he was with her 13 year old twins. I found his contact information on the website Janet recommended. We had a family group of seven with varying interests so I thought it seemed like he would be able to accommodate a broad range of interests, which he did well.
