Will I need anything else for a Dell Mini 10 to use the Internet?

Anything else like what? If your netbook has wifi capabilities you should be able to connect anywhere that there is a hotspot.

Everything you need to do WiFi is built into your Mini 10. If you want to use Skype, there is a microphone built into the unit so you're all set up for that as well.
