In a current brief search for a generally available credit card with chip and pin technology, I am only able to locate the GlobeTrek Visa Rewards Card from Andrews Federal Credit Union. No annual and foreign transaction fees. Are there other chip and pin credit cards to consider at this time?

There was a lot of discussion about this back in the late Winter/early Spring when I was looking for a chip and PIN card, and it was clear that Andrews FCU was the only easily-available one. So I got it for our trip to France. From what I can see, it still is the only one. Chip and signature is not the same as chip and PIN.
