Which Terminals

I have a reservation on miles through United from Paris to London and have a few questions.

1) Brussels Airlines from CGD to Brussels airport (operated by Europe Airpost). Which terminal? Terminal 1?

Brussels Airlines web site for business class says:: "2 pieces total max weight 16KG + 1 accessory (handbag, briefcase)." So if I have a 20" roller and backpack (larger than small purse or briefcase but always fits under seat), is that the 2 pieces? Or does 1 of the 2 pieces need to be a small purse/briefcase size? They don't have measurements? Will I have to check a bag, or carry both on? Either way it's free, just hate to wait for checked bag.

2) Brussels Airport- Arriving from CDG and departing to London, both on Brussels airlines. Will I have to go through immigration since I'm leaving Shengden Zone? Will I stay in same terminal or have to go through security again? (1 hr 30 m layover)

3) Brussels airlines -Arrives at Heathrow at 10:00am- which terminal will flight arrive at. Best way to get to Heathrow Express.

Yes, you might ask about my crazy flights to get to London, but I extended by stay in Paris by 6 nights, and this was the only way to change my flights on miles for free. and i get 24 hrs in London before heading back home.

1) Brussels Air flies out of T-1 at CDG. I you check their website, carry on must not exceed 158 cm (height+widths+depth). Although it states the second piece is purse or briefcase size, I think this would be pretty subjective.

3) Brussels 2093 arrives terminal 2. The fare on HEX is £27 to London and takes 15 minutes, the Tube is £6 and takes 45. Buses are also available. All short walks from arrivals.
