Then on 4th of march take a train to franfurt for 2 days. And then take a flight at franfurt hanh airport to stansted airport on the 6 of march and go to cambridge as my father will graduated on the 7 of march. Then spend 2 days somewhere in london(maybe manchester)

Plan no.2: on 1 march take a flight to barcelona spend 3 days then on the 3rd of march take a flight to franfurt about 3 days to. Then on the 6 of march take a flight to london and same as plan 1..

Barcelona vs. Amsterdam/Paris = totally personal preference. Only you can decide.

'somewhere in London maybe Manchester".. er Manchester is not in London.. Manchester is two hours or so north of London. Why would you go there ( I mean you haven't allowed much time in London itself)

You also would not want to take the bus to Paris.. its an all day affair.. 10-12 hours or something.. you don't have time for that.. . Taking the Eurostar makes more sense as its only 2.5 hours city center to city center.

With all these train rides and flights you are mostly getting a tour of train stations and airports.. and also, if you decide to do this trip then do book tickets as soon as possible as prices only go up closer to date.

Personally I would opt for at least three days ( 4 nights) in London and Paris and at least 2 nights in Amsterdam. If you decide to go south instead, then Barcelona is also worth at least 3 nights.

I am a wimp with the cold so likely would not choose to go to Frankfurt in the winter.. and I think Munich would be a better choice anyways just for fun and sightseeing.

Better plan? That's very subjective and because I don't know you I cannot tell you which one would be better for you. But I can tell you which one would be better for me. Plan no.2: Barcelona has certainly better weather in March than Amsterdam or even Paris. Besides I haven't been to Barcelona. Amsterdam and Paris visited several times. If it was me I would postpone Frankfurt for better weather and stay longer in Barcelona or add some other Spanish destination or southern France (Provence, Riviera). In England: why Manchester? Even Liverpool I liked better. There is enough to do and see in London. Otherwise York or Bath. Cambridge you will see anyway.

for your ?Ryanair? flight from "Frankfurt" Hahn to Stansted you better know the rules for Ryanair, one of which is it is possibly too late to get a cheap fare for early March, and the luggage and check in rules. Also realize that Hahn is miles and miles and miles away from Frankfurt, not the easy 11 minute train ride that Frankfurt airport is. Hahn is nearly to Trier, near the Mosel. Stansted while inconvenient to most may work out OK for Cambridge.

Before you commit to RyanAir from Hahn to Stansted, understand that on March 6 one flight leaves Hahn at 6:30 AM, the other arrives in Stansted at 8:10 PM.

Hahn is 2 hours by direct bus from Frankfurt. Allowing for check-in, you'll be leaving Frankfurt around 3 AM for the early flight.

Stansted to London is around an hour, so you'll be getting into London probably after 9 PM. Make sure you have a hotel reserved for late arrival.
