Where to store luggage?

I am taking a tour of Europe in 2 weeks and our flight arrives in Paris at 9am. We don't meet up with our tour group until 4pm. Is there somewhere we can store our luggage until we meet our group? 3 Carryon sized bags are what we are taking.
Do hotels let you check in before the tour group? Are there secure places at bus/train stations/airports?

The hotel may or may not let you check in early, depending on the availability of rooms, but it will certainly hold your luggage for you.

We have rarely not had a hotel that did not allow an early check-in. Most of the time the room is available. Second the hotels always have a held luggage area when you can leave the luggage if the room is not available.

And if for some reason leaving it at your hotel doesn't work, there should be luggage lockers at the train stations.

I have never had a hotel not agree to hold my bags either before I check in or if I wanted to tour after checking out. Sometimes free, but some of the more budget places charged a euro per bag.

Most hotels should hold your bags if your room is not ready. Our hotel in Madrid stored our extra bag for 2 weeks while we toured around Spain.

Your hotel, as suggeted above. You will probably want to be checked in before you meet with your tour group in any case.

Melissa, As the others have mentioned, most Hotels will allow you to store luggage for a few hours until your room is ready. If your room wasn't occupied the previous night, it may even be ready when you arrive. Although your flight arrives at 09:00, you likely won't arrive at the Hotel until at least 11:00. In the same situation, I'd dropp the bags and go for some lunch. Are you taking a RS tour? Happy travels!
