I love shutterfly.com. You can create an album and then email invitations to view. Very easy.
Also, your family can simply view your photos without having to create a sign on.
Lastly, if you choose to order prints from them, they are super fast with good quality.
I have used the Kodak Gallery for several years:

I use Webshots. You can also email your friends and invite them to view your albums. It is $20 per year.
Hi, Kailee.
I like picturetrail.com . I have been using them for a few years and have no complaints.
They allow a limited amount of space for free, but you must pay nominal fees if you need more room.
Ciao for niao,
Bob - picturetrail.com/bepineurope
Thank you for the recommendations! I tried Shutterfly and the photos were thumb prints when I attempted to later view them myself. I couldn't enlarge them to view. Hmmm....
Thank you for the photo sites to check out.

I'm a fan of flickr. It's easy to use and you can arrange them into sets. Once you sign up just send your family your url and they can comment, enlarge and even order prints if they want.
Photobucket is also worth considering
I like Photobucket because other people don't have to sign-up or sign-in to see your pictures. Also, It's free and easy to use.
ditto on the Flickr.com (yahoo runs it).
I like Pixamo - especially for family stuff. You can always get the original image and you can set access privileges on single photos or videos so that only your family members can view them. They can comment on your photos and share theirs with you as well.
Photobucket is good.. I've had no problem using that one.
I prefer Google. http://picasaweb.google.com. Users don't have to create a sign in name to view the photos, but you have to invite them to view the album. You can also download a very powerful photo editing software called Picasa through Google when you get home that interfaces directly with Google's online photo storage system.
I also use Google's Picasa. Good photo editing tool as mentioned and when you upload them to your site you can view them as a slide show and they are plenty big for viewing. The download is free and you can upload free up to a point before having to pay for additional space. If you wish to view some of the photos we took on our trip in May let me know and I will give you the link to our site.
I'll give another plug for picassa as my wife uses it for her photos. I'm a Photoshop user, but she has all the basic tools that she needs with Picassa and she can choose to make her photos public, or private. Yet the viewers don't need to sign up to see them.
My biggest pet peeve about photo websites is when they make you sign up or register to view photos that someone else has invited you to see. People have sent me travel photos, wedding photos and baby photos that would all be really important to me. But keeping my email free of spam is also very important to me. So I never register for those websites.
Everybody has their own pet peeves, I guess.
