Where to go in Europe for Easter 2010?

We are plannning a trip for Easter (late March 2010). Where in europe would we most likely find pleasant weather?

We spent Easter 2008 in Seville - THE place apparently to experience Semana Santa (Holy Week). We really enjoyed all the pomp and pagentry of the processions (and we aren't the least bit religious). Seville is a beautiful city with easy access to the white Andalucian hill towns, Granada, Cordoba. Just make sure you make ALL your reservations months in advance, including train travel, as the Spanish travel alot that week and the week before. The weather in MArch was very warm, high 70s to low 80sF.
