Where to go as a large family?

My family and I have been to Ireland a few times and have had a great time and great luck with renting houses for a week and traveling slowly around for the day and meeting all back at the house. We are really wanting to do something similar again, but we don't know the best place to go and we would like to try a different country. Any ideas? There are no children that we need to take into account, just the group of about 10 - 15 adults.
Thanks!

Italy? We did a week Rome-Lucca-Venice last year and it was awesome!

You could even base somewhere (Florence?) and people could take their own day trips?

Or Munich? Good day trips from there too!

I had a good friend who did this in Scotland. They found a house near Stirling so that they had a variety of things to do and see.

Rent a house in Tuscany!! Lots of choices for rental places that accommodate a larger family. And lots of interesting opportunities for day trips in the area.

We've done it a few years back. The property also had a pool (great if you're going June-September) and a wood-fired pizza oven and a bbque in the yard which we used for shared meals - cooking in the Italian style can be a fun activity as a family :-)

Tuscany--just south of Florence. Day trips abound from there. Even Venice can be made as a day trip.

I vote for Tuscany, too! Stay at an agriturismo. Many have wine tastings and cooking classes, and are centrally located for day trips. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Thank so much all!! We have started looking at Tuscany and seeing what VRBO's and things to do around there are! Has anyone done this in Wales by chance? A cousin mentioned this but I haven't seen too much on a holiday there for a week.

Thanks again!
