Where to buy recreational drone insurance?

Non-EU visitors, going to a few places under EASA authority.

Already registered a small <250g drone, did the first test, now looking to buy insurance for recreational drone usage. I checked the most popular provider that starts with 'cover', but they don't provide insurance for recreational drone flying anymore. What other options are available? Drone is worth less than 400USD if it matters. Plan to be in Spain, Italy and Greece.

I can't help with insurance, but my recent experience is that increasingly there are "no drone" signs in a lot of places.

Whatever you decide, just please be respectful of the other tourists and residents who are just trying to enjoy themselves, the city and the natural scenery. Maybe don't fly in areas with crowds or natural spaces like shorelines or national and state Parks. Ultimately we're all guests in someone else's country. Even if something is legal, that doesn't mean locals will appreciate you doing it.

And I would say the same thing if someone asked about bringing stilts, bagpipes or a giant flag on vacation. Don't be that guy.

wzfoto,
I am curious. Is the drone for taking pictures? If so, will you have people in them or will they be of scenery and buildings from above? Will these be posted on TikTok or Facebook or on a blog or used in a business? I ask this because vague and general people in the background is one thing, but people in photos that are pretty clear seems to be an invasion of privacy if they are going to be posted for the public, especially say, beach pictures or pictures where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists. I would absolutely object to being photographed from above if I were laying on a beach or by a pool, or used in any public forum. I don't have any social media presence (e.g. Facebook and the like) for a reason. I ask this partly based on your forum name, and partly because most people, I believe, would be less aware of being photographed from above than by someone with a camera on the ground. Can you clarify your purpose for using a drone in your travels?
