I am from Vietnam but living in Sweden at the moment. I am new to the forum and looking for travel related recommendation and advices. I like to travel to have good foods and learn about the destinations daily lives.
I am looking for a good source of official information of which countries have open the borders for Swedish citizen (not just inside Europe) but outside of Europe as well. Do any of you have any good websites for it?

I'm sure you know that Sweden is not on the welcome list for a lot of counties because of the problems with the Swedish experiment.

uyencua, I have a feeling that you that you are in Sweden on a Vietnamese passport? If so, along with any issues Swedish citizens would have traveling from their country, that could further complicate matters.

Ah, sorry for the confusion. I am actually Swedish citizen and Vietnamese citizen, I have dual citizenship.
I am just looking for a website where the information of travel restrictions for most country. I found some websites but generally, the information is not up to dated. :(

There is some information at Crisis Information, otherwise I would recommend the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is probably the best source.

Uyencua, I’m not sure you’ll find one single site with the information you’re looking for. Thats not my experience as a Canadian, looking to see which countries I’m able to travel to. I'm finding I have to go to the main Government web pages, Foreign Affairs or main tourism site for the Countries Im interested in to see what the restrictions are, as they are varied and somewhat unique from each other.
Given that your country of residence is Sweden, you may have trouble entering EU countries at the present time, despite the fact that Sweden is a member of the EU. I've tried to find some specific information on that, but haven't been successful so far.
One EU country that has started to reopen to tourism is Malta. However, you'll note that Sweden is not on the 1 July list of approved countries - https://www.visitmalta.com/en/reopening-airport .

Thanks a lot for the quick reply and information. Just to clarify, I were looking for a website/ page where simply have all of the travel restriction up to date for all countries. I now learn that it is not possible to find it :)

Try this too. This is the organization that publishes the rules so the airlines know who can and can not get on the plane. Fill out the form with your travel plans and see if it says you are set to go.
