When do we get the rest of Europe? They are lonely with out us!

Yes, we have forum for Montenegro but there is none for much bigger countries like Romania and Bulgaria. Bulgaria is even on R.S. tours. In that case I assume we would have to ask about them under General Europe.

How about Luxembourg? I'm planning to go there this fall for the first time. It is even ignored in Rick's Amsterdam-Belgium book.

How about Ukraine. It's becoming more popular with Western tourists and RS has nothing. I know there are lots of other guide books available, but nothing beats someone's personal experience, which is the whole purpose of the Helpline (I refuse to call it Travel Forum).

'Forum' reminds me of a certain 'gentleman's' (?) magazine feature...ahem...

I guess 'Travel Forum' makes more sense/is clearer than 'Travelers Helpline', maybe, but it's very generic; 'Helpline' isn't.
