We plan to use Easy Jet and Ryanair Wizz and other odd ball airlines to just hop around from Amsterdam next two weeks. We just want know what you think is fun that ain't easy to find via Google
Did you use Cliff Notes in College?

Northern Europe can be cold and miserable in November, I’d head south, Rome, Athens, southern Spain or Portugal come to mind (we just experiencing an unseasonably early snow storm so I am thinking about chasing the sun!)
Choose some place that you've never visited and fly there. Our new favorite city is Budapest, for example. It's relatively inexpensive and the food's very tasty for the American palate.
We were in Croatia and Montenegro in June, and we'll be visiting there and Slovenia our next visit.
November might be the best month of the year to visit Europe if crowds are a prime consideration. Sweaty crowds jammed into the Louvre or Versailles isn't much fun.
Christmas Markets in Austria will be happening. Vienna and Salzburg are the stars.
