I've checked HostelBookers.com and HostelWorld.com. There are very few places listed, and none within my price range (I'm trying to keep it to $25 and under per night). Me and three friends will be staying there 2 nights next July. I'm open to hotels and apartments as well, but there would have to be at least 2 double beds for under $100 for me to look into it. I'm open to staying up to 30 min away from these cities, as long as there is a bus or other mode of public transportation. Thank you!

There is a YHA hostel just outside of Stratford starting at £20/night. (about $30) It's going to be VERY difficult to find something in this part of England for less than $25/night. (or any part of England really!) The hostel is actually about 2 miles outside of Stratford, but there is a bus along the route.
