I still have about 50.000+ miles left with Skyteam and want to have an easy way to search for destinations I can fly to by using my miles. Does anyone know a good website?

Try https://dl.fltmaps.com/ - use a desktop computer not a mobile device.

Expertflyer might help. It is a subscription service, but I think they Offer a free trial period.

The best website to my experience is https://www.flightconnections.com.
You can filter by Alliance and see all destinations operated by Skyteam,
or see the flight network for a specific airline, e.g. all Delta Airlines destinations

As I understand the question, the OP is looking to search for routes with seats available with Skyteam miles. Expertflyer will do that.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Flightconnections showed me exactly what I was looking for.
I also came across the Delta flight map, but this didn't show all options. With flight connections, I could see within a few seconds to which destinations I could fly with my Skyteam miles. Thanks a lot!
