I used to have a website link in my favorites that showed weather for past years. You type in the name of the location : ie Lucerne -- then the dates you are interested in: ie July 12-25 -- and it gives you the temps and rain falls for the past 10 years or so at the location . It is a great tool for travelers. I loved this site but lost it after my computer recently crashed. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Thanks Ed!!! The wunderground one is the one I wanted!!! The link to the travel planing part is : http://www.wunderground.com/tripplanner/index.asp I am off to put it back as a link in my favorites. Going to add the sunrise /sunset one too!
