I was lloking at flying Munich to Dubrovnik with Croatian airlines. It says 1,398 HRK and that equals 189 euro? which would I get charged?

You should get charged in the local currency unless given an option to be charged in a different currency. I have never seen that..

Sorry, I made the error, was changing Czech Koruna not Czeck Kuna. Its the proper rate.

You may have your currencies wrong, the country of Croatia uses the Croatian Kuna, not the Czech Coruna. Either way, 1398 HRK (Croatian Kuna) does in fact equal approximately 189 Euro. Usually your local banking facility translates the charges into whatever currency your account uses.
