Hi, As many of you know, our search bar at the top of our website was quite useless for some time. We replaced the search software there and it's now really easy to find topics that have been previously discussed on the Helpline using our website's search bar. Also, the FAQ sticky page in the Helpline seemed to have broke some time ago. My apologies that it wasn't fixed sooner, but everything is working right there now. Cheers,

This is a much-needed time saver. But I suspect that many people will not think to use the search feature before they ask a question.
