Weather in Eastern Europe - potential flooding

We are planning a trip to Munich, Vienna, Budapest, Krakow and Prague in mid-May. I am concerned that the heavy snow fall will result in flooding in Eastern Europe. Any suggestions?? (I certainly hope these people do not have to endure more hardship, too.)

the concerns over flooding, as I understand it, are for the next two weeks as temperatures return to normal. by may i would imagine that any flooding that could result from the snow of the last two weeks will not be an issue anymore.
