I am traveling to Normandy the first week of July. None of the hotels have air-conditioning. Will it be too warm without it.

It may rain, it may be sunny. Most likely some of each. How hot is too hot in Metairie? There is a sticky at the top of the hotline that guides you to weather history information. History can be a guide but is no indicator of precise weather when you are there.
