On our now cancelled Europe trip, one of the things we had planned when in Madrid was a "foodie" tour with an outfit called Devour Tours. DT operate in a number of European cities such as Rome, London, Lisbon, Paris and others. Anyhoo, they readily refunded the money we had prepaid for our tour and noted that they had a digital cookbook for sale--€19.
