I'm apologizing early that this has nothing to do with Europe but I have traveled all over Europe with "Rick" and trust his expertise. However, I'm leaving for India (golden triangle and Mumbai) in January and struggling to know how to find a good private guide/car for the Triangle. Does anyone know which guide books or sites to trust? You can private message me as to not waste space in a Europe forum. Much Thanks!

cathy, The Lonely Planet Guidebooks would be a good place to start, although I'm not sure how often they're uppdated. You could also use the Thorn Tree Message Board for any specific questions. Happy travels!
