Watch out for an Easyjet strike in mid August

Unhappy campers = strike it seems all across Europe this summer.

Easyjet onboard staff not happy with management have called a ballot, likely after the 10th of August.

If your plans call for you hopping around Europe on Easyjet it is worth staying on top of things....

Thanks for posting this. We fly with them in October - hopefully all major issues will be worked out by then.

Nice. Going from Paris to Edinburgh in September. We may be spending more time in Paris than we planned. I like how unions in Europe schedule their strikes. We were in Italy many years back in it seemed like they scheduled strikes like they scheduled vacations. May be the same thing.

The likelihood of a strike is slim at best, only about 20% of cabin staff are actually union members of Unite .The Daily Mail is doing the reporting and are blowing this out of all proportion.even if there is a strike then very few if any flights will be affected.

My information did not come from the Daily Mail. I do not read such tripe.

My information came from the local BBC news.
