Has anyone used the MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoes for walking in Europe. I have osteoarthritis in the feet, and am very anxious to have the right kind of shoes.

I have wanted to get a pair of these for the longest time! My foot hurts constantly from arthritis in my big toe, and when I try these shoes on in the store, the pain just disappears. They cost between 140-210 € here though, so I was sort of saving my money, and waiting for it to get warmer and then buy a pair of the sandals. I guess you could buy a pair and see how they are, just walking around normally before you come over. On the Graffiti Wall there are some posters about the MBT shoes.

Thanks for your comment. I bought a pair on ebay, and have really found them to be helpful. I have not had a time when I have used only them, or for several days in a row, to know for sure they will work for a vacation. So far, I have found them worth the money. LH
